2.4 Payments

We collect the minimum needed to process your subscription. Credit card details (when applicable) are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

6. Your Customers' Data

As a merchant, you collect data about your customers (names, phones, credits) via StockPro. You are the data controller for this information. You must:

Obtain customer consent before registering them
Inform them about how their data is used
Respect their rights to access, correct, and delete data
Comply with applicable data protection laws

StockPro acts solely as a data processor for this data.

7. Data Retention

Active account: as long as your subscription is active
After cancellation: 30 days for possible recovery
Billing records: 5 years (legal requirement)
Backups: up to 90 days

8. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

Access: request a copy of your data
Rectification: correct inaccurate data
Erasure: request account deletion
Portability: export your data in CSV/Excel
Object: oppose certain processing
