            TL;DR — Use StockPro reasonably. Pay your subscription on time. Your data belongs to you. We do
            our best to provide a reliable, professional service.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to StockPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StockPro platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration & Account

To use the Service, you must register. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your password confidential and secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities on your account

Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and represent a legally registered business.

3. Subscription & Billing

3.1 Free Trial

Every new account receives a 15-day free trial. No credit card required.

3.2 Pricing Plans

Monthly: 149 MAD/month
Quarterly: 349 MAD (save 22%)
Semi-annual: 549 MAD (save 39%) — most popular
Yearly: 999 MAD (save 44%) — includes AI features
Lifetime: 2,999 MAD (one-time payment)

3.3 Payment Terms

Payments are due at the start of each cycle. All amounts in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), VAT 20% included. Late payments may result in account suspension.

3.4 Plan Changes

You may change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle.

3.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. For the "Lifetime" plan, full refund is possible within 14 days if less than 10% of features have been used.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
Share credentials with unauthorized parties
Disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer any part of the Service

5. Your Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into StockPro. We do not claim any rights over your data.

5.2 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. See our Privacy Policy.

5.3 Portability

You can export your data in CSV/Excel anytime. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export before permanent deletion.

6. Multi-tenant Isolation

StockPro is a multi-tenant platform. Each business operates in an isolated workspace. You are responsible for all activities in your workspace.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by: scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure, your internet issues.

8. Intellectual Property

The StockPro platform, code, design, logo, and brand are intellectual property of StockPro. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if: you violate these Terms, payment is overdue by 30+ days, fraudulent activity is detected, required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakech.
